Validation process for European patents
Ask for a quote
We provide a full-service validation process for European patents in Finland and Sweden. Our service includes:
- translation of the patent claims into Finnish or Swedish
- filing the validation request
- payment of the official fee (FI 400 € / SE 275 €).
Naturally, we also monitor the terms and inform you of any local requirements that must be fulfilled. In order to guarantee that the translation is of high quality, it is always approved by one of our Patent attorneys.
In cases when the description of the European patent is in German or French, a translation of this as well as the drawings must be filed. This translation may, however, be in English.
